munch on this: blueberry banana pancakes
Ok, I have been on a pancake kick this month. I honestly think its because Probe is enjoying them so much. This last batch I made were a combination of Probe’s favorite flavors (for pancakes at least), so by special request, the blueberry banana pancake was born. As usual, I gather my ingredients together before I cook.
It makes the actual process much smoother and enjoyable because you’re not so flustered in the kitchen. With pancakes, one of the tricks is to add the fruit at the very end.
I put the blueberries in when they pancake is in the pan to avoid crushing them in the batter. A nice stack of four (feeds 2 people).
Once Probe cut into his, I was actually amazed at how scrumptious they looked. I wanted to switch plates and eat his.
